Yusuf Yakubu was born in Kaduna State of Nigeria. His love for the piano led him to join his church band called The Nightingales’. In 2004, he became a born again Christian and immediately had a complete turnaround and had a passion and hunger to preach Jesus in everything he did. 

“My desires changed and all I wanted was to know God deeper. I noticed even the friends I kept changed. I discovered I had so much love for people and seeing them do well in every aspect of their lives. So, I became intentional in helping people as much as is within my power”

He released his first Album titled “That Name” in 2009 and his second “The Love Story” Album in 2018. Yusuf has worked with some notable singers like Caleb David, Minstrel KI, Tolu Adesina just to mention a few.
